Time limited interventions have shown an increasing trend of application in various contexts. In public health, groups with more therapeutic function are predominant. In education and organizations, however, psychoeducational or personal and/or group development prevails. They comply with new health paradigms, which seek better living conditions, using all available material, cultural, social and psychological resources. In this chapter, some basic guidelines for this modality of care are presented, aiming to maximum benefits with the lowest investment, financial and psychological.
